TENDER NOTICE

TITLE OF THE TENDER: PROVISION OF FLEET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR REG VEHICLES UNDER FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT

PROCUREMENT METHOD: NATIONAL OPEN COMPETITIVE BIDDING (NCB) SOURCE OF FUND: RWANDA ENERGY GROUP (REG)

1. The RWANDA ENERGY GROUP invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the provision of fleet management system (FMS) under framework agreement as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.

2. This tender is made of one (1) indivisible Lot and the participation is open on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field.

3. The Bidding Document may be obtained by interested bidders for any working days from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at REG-EUCL Headquarters, 1 Floor, Room N° G114, in the Secretariat Office of the Procurement Management of EUCL, P.O Box 5634 Kigali, onizeyimana@eucl.reg.rw or procurement-eucl@eucl.reg.rw upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable amount of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000Frw). This payment shall be made to Account 2001161020000121 opened at NCBA Bank, Rwanda.

4. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of 600,000FRW issued by a reputable financial institution recognized in Rwanda with the validity period of 150 days from the opening date of

bids.

5. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to the address and emails indicated above.

6. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in Two (2) copies, one of which is the original must reach the Secretariat of the Procurement Management at the address mentioned below not later than 20/06/2024 at 10:00 am. Electronic bids will not be permitted, and late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.

7. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at 20/06/2024 at 10:30 am

8. The bids will remain valid for 120 days starting from the deadline of bids submission date.

9.The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender reference and title.

10. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the REG Procurement procedures manual. Done at Kigali on 28/05/2024
