TENDER NOTICE

UMUTANGUHA Finance Company (UFC) Plc,  a company duly registered in the office of the Registrar General under  company code number 101310843, licensed by National Bank of Rwanda to operate as Micro Finance Institution (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) funded by its own budget towards the cost of PROVISION OF OFFICE RENNOVATION AND PARTITIONING SERVICES would like to invite all specialized in the field of construction, interested and eligible bidders in partitioning and office transformation to submit their offer for the aforementioned tender for works execution period of Forty five (45) Calendar days after signing the contract.

Tender Documents in English indicating and detailing the statement of requirements may be obtained (soft copy) upon presentation of a proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan Francs (FRW 10,000) payable on the account number 1191 held at UMUTANGUHA FINANCE COMPANY Plc in names of UCU Coordination, on any working day from 19^th January, 2024 not later Friday 2^nd February 2024, 10.00am at: UMUTANGUHA FINANCE COMPANY Plc, Head Office, Nyamirambo, Nyarugenge, KN2 Avenue, Building N^o 177, Opposite Kigali Regional Stadium, 2^nd Floor, Po.Box 2998 Kigali-Rwanda, Email: info@ufinance.co.rw, Tel: (+250)788387730, Toll Free: 5020.

Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in 2 copies one of which is the original must reach the Human Resource and Administration Department of UMUTANGUHA FINANCE COMPANY Plc at the address mentioned above not later than Friday 2^nd February 2024 at 10.00am local hours. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.

A compulsory site visit is scheduled to take place on Friday 26^th January 2024, 2.00pm at UFC Plc Nyabugogo Branch located in Nyarugenge District, Kimisagara Sector, Kimisagara Cell, Akabeza Village.

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives on Friday 2^nd February 2024 at 11.00am in the Boardroom of UFC Plc at Nyamirambo Head Office.
