The tender document, in English may be obtained from the Rwanda National Investment Trust Ltd offices located in Former COGEBANK building, 6th floor upon payment of RWF 10,000 on one of bank account for non-fiscal revenue held on any commercial bank or upon request sent to procurement@rnit.rw. 2. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in three copies among which one is the original and two are the copies, must be reached Rwanda National Investment Trust, by the aforementioned respective deadlines. Late bids will be rejected
