Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc wishes to invite all interested and qualified bidders to submit their best proposals for provision of supplying end of year promotional materials according to the Terms of Reference detailed in the tender document.

The participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field and registered in Rwanda Development Board (RDB).

The Tender Document in English may be obtained from Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc’s Head Office located in CHIC Building, in Procurement Office from 13^th/11/2024 during office hours (8:30am to 5:30pm) upon presentation of proof of payment of non-refundable fee of Thirty Thousand Rwandan Francs (30,000Rwf) deposited on the account No:00047920000 opened in names of Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc.

Well bounded and sealed bids presented in 2 hard copies, one of them marked “Original” and one hard copy marked “Copy” of the bids.

The bids shall be valid for a period of 5 working days and should be submitted in Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc’s Procurement Office not later than 20^th/11/2024, at 02:00pm local time.

The bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who wish to attend the opening session in the Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc’s Head Office Board Room at 02:30pm.
