RYAF BACKGROUND

Rwanda Youth in Agribusiness Forum (RYAF) is a forum established in 2016 with a purpose of bringing together different youth groups, individual youth farmers, and young entrepreneurs in the agriculture sector, with the mandate to change and challenge the existing mind-set among the youth in the agricultural sector. RYAF currently registered in accordance with Law N° 13/2009 regulating labour in Rwanda and the Ministerial Order N° 11 of 07/09/2010 determining the modalities and requirements for the registration of trade unions or employers’ professional organizations. Its legal personality and statutes published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Rwanda No. 50 of 11/12/2017.

The Rwanda Youth in Agribusiness Forum (RYAF) hereby invites interested bidders to submit their bids for the provision of transportation services to facilitate the Forum in different activities in the period of one year (Frame work contract) starting from the date of contract signature by both parties:

Well printed bids with a technical and financial proposal written in English Language, property bound and printed in two copies one of which is original I sealed envelopes and adressed to the Chief Executive Officer of Rwanda Youth In Agribusiness Forum (RYAF) will be submitted not later than on 9^th May 2025 at RYAF Head Office, KACYlRU-MlNAGRl, KG 569 Street at 11:00 am (local time)

The Tender Document is now available at RYAF Head Office/MINAGRI-Kacyiru, upon presentation of a prepaid bank slip of non-refundable amount of Ten thousand Rwandan Franc (10,000 Frw) on the Account no 4490365160 (RYAF-Revenue) open in BPR.

 Bids will be opened in a public session on same day May 9^th, 2025 at 11:30 am (local time)

4.Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Rwanda Public Procurement Law and RYAF internal procurement procedures.
