Invitation to Bid for VOIP Project

TransAfrica Communications would like to call for submission of bid for the provision of a VOIP telephony system.
All bidders must comply with the following terms:
1. Copy of Tax Clearance
2. Copy of company’s registration certificate.

Service to be rendered
• Installation and configuration VOIP telephony system
• Associated support and maintenance services for 12 months

Solution to be provided by Service Provider
• Voice of Internet Protocol (VoIP) support
• Compatibility with Short code on both MTN and Airtel
• Support for Internal communication (office extensions)
• IVR (interactive voice response)
• Call forwarding/redirection features
• Intelligent call routing;
• Centralized management of calls and voice messages;
