TITLE: Provision of sport services (wellness/fitness services) to World Vision Rwanda Staff.

World Vision is a child-focused Christian humanitarian organization implementing development programmes in 30 Districts of Rwanda. Our interventions in the strategic period of 2021-2025 seek to reach 2 million of the most vulnerable children. This is done through programming in Resilience and Livelihoods, WASH and Health, Child Protection and Education.

World Vision International-Rwanda is looking for a service provider and/or supplier to provide health & wellness body/physical fitness training and workouts to staff for a period of two years renewable upon satisfactory performance of the services rendered.

World Vision International-Rwanda is inviting all competent and reputable companies in the field of sport services (wellness/fitness services) in Kigali and around to submit their bids to World Vision International-Rwanda e-procurement for the aforementioned tender. Participation to the competition is open and on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field. The contract will be under framework agreement for two (2) years renewable depending of service provider performance and funds availability.

Instruction to bidders:

All interested bidders must provide their details through this link “EOI SPORT SERVICES” The deadline to express interest is on 08^th May 2025 at 10:00 Am.

After the submission of the expression of interest; World Vision team will send an email to all bidders to access WVIR e-procurement system (Coupa), where they will have the tender document for bidding instructions and BoQ to fill in their prices.

Bids must therefore be submitted only via WVR e-procurement not later than the dates that will be indicated in the same system.
