NATIONAL TENDER NOTICE No 01/G/OB/IOH-NOT/2021-2022

TITLE: PROVISIONAL OF TRANSPORTATION AND INCINERATION SERVICES FOR MEDICAL AND HAZARDOUS WASTE (FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT)

SOURCE OF FUND: ORDINARY BADGET 2021-2022

With the financing from the ordinary budget 2021-2022, the Inkuru Nziza Orthopedic Specialised Hospital hereby launches a tender notice for provisional of transportation and incineration services of medical and hazardous waste (Annual contract).

Participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all physical persons or companies specialized in the field with a valid Rwandan trade license.

The tender document can be obtained from the procurement office of Inkuru Nziza Orthopedic Hospital starting from 23/07/2021 upon presentation of prepaid bank slip of a non-refundable fee of five thousand Rwandan francs (5,000 Rwf) deposited to the account No: 00094-0064-1922-39 of Inkuru Nziza Orthopedic Hospital at the Bank of Kigali.

Submission Procedure

Well printed bids written in French or English language, addressed to the Director of Inkuru Nziza Orthopedic Hospital, P.O Box 105 Kigali, properly bound and presented in four copies of which, one is original and three copies, in sealed envelopes must be submitted to the office of the Procurement officer of NYC not later than 24/08/2021 at 10h00 a.m. local time, accompanied by a bid guarantee of fifty thousand Rwandan francs (50,000 Rwf), issued by a reputable Bank or a recognized insurance company .

Late bids will be rejected.

Bids will remain valid for 120 days starting from the deadline of their submission.

The opening of the bids will take place in a public session on 24/08/2021 at 10h30 a.m. prompt local time at the Inkuru Nziza Orthopedic Hospital’s conference-room.
