Public tender of purchasing 2 motorcycles and accessories 

Center for Community Based Sociotherapy (CBS Rwanda) is located in Gasabo District, Kacyiru Sector, Kibazi Cell, Ineza Village. To implement and monitor its field activities, CBS Rwanda would like to purchase two motorcycles and accessories. CBS is therefore looking for a qualified  company to provide the following items: 

A company to provide above items shall comply with the following conditions: 

• Have experience of at least 5 years providing the same type motorcycles and accessories in Rwanda;
• Be registered as a seller of the kind of item in Rwanda;
• Be a reliable company.

A company should provide the following documents too support quotation:

• A letter submitting a quotation addressed to the Executive Director of CBS Rwanda;
• A document providing the cost of each single item and the total cost of all items, tax inclusive; 
• Indicate the time of delivery after notification of the supply offer and signing a contract;
• Proof of registration as a company selling motorcycles in Rwanda;
• Proof of supplying the same motorcycles and accessories to at least four companies in Rwanda in 2023 onwards;
• Proof of being registered to EBM and not having any debt to RRA;
• A short description (not more than one page) of the company and its special merit in in the domain.
