TENDER N^O: 0238/AEE/PROC.LOG.ADMIN/06/2024

African Evangelist Enterprise (AEE) Rwanda is implementing Agriculture Project Named: Purchase of post-harvest equipments, in Nyaruguru, Gatsibo and Gakenke Districts (agreement N^o _{FED72023/176817/37.}

The project has main objective of creating resilient and inclusive food systems in Nyaruguru, Gakenke and Gatsibo districts by mobilizing and building the capacities of EU Kungahara and its smallholder farmers to improve on the use of post-harvest management practices and promote the use of low-cost technologies, enhancing dietary intake among malnourished children, pregnant and lactating women.

It is in this context that, AEE-Rwanda is looking for potential and qualified bidders to purchase and supply post-harvest equipment like Grain Moisture Meter, Maize Shelter, Bean Shelter and Potato Grader to Nyaruguru, Gakenke and Gatsibo districts.

The detailed Terms of Reference are found in the tender document which will be availed to you via e-mail upon presentation of the payment slip of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 RWF deposited on AEE-Rwanda account number 100000653181 in Bank of Kigali.

Well bound and sealed bids presented in two copies (original and copy) should be submitted to AEE-Rwanda Head Office at Gishushu (opposite Gasabo District Office) not later than August, 2^nd 2024 at 11:00am local time. Late bids will be rejected. Public bids opening session will be held at AEE-Rwanda Head Office the same day at 11:15 am.

Bids must include Cover letter, financial proposal and certificates of administrative documents (RDB certificate, VAT certificate, Tax Clearance, proof of EBM Usage, Performance letters/ Letters of successful completion from three recognized companies/Organizations.
