Eligibility Criteria

Bidders must provide:

1. Letter addressed to the Executive Director of AKWOS
2. Price schedule
3. Certificate of Incorporation/Business Registration.
4. Valid Tax Compliance Certificate.
5. Evidence of similar past experience (at least 3contracts).
6. EBM registered and provider 
7. Proof of payment of 10,000RWF
8. Proof of payment of Bid Security of 300,000RWF.

Collection of Documents

Tender documents can be obtained from AKWOS Officer upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000RWF paid on our Account Number: 01426250034, named: AKWOS, opened in BANK OF AFRICA.

The bid shall be accompanied by Bid Security of Three hundred thousand Rwandan Francs (300,000RWF), the security bid must be issued by a legally recognized insurance company in Rwanda.

Submission of Bids

Completed bids in sealed envelopes, clearly marked “Tender Reference: : GIZ –WEE / 0001/SEP/AKWOS/2025: Purchase and Supply for  BASHAN-LIFFAN cargo Motorbikes, and Wheelbarrows-carts needed by Winging SMEs located in MUSANZE and RUBAVU”, must be deposited at the AKWOS Head Office located in GASABO- REMERA Adjacent Controle Tehinique Building 51, KG 17 Ave on or before 15 October 2025 at 02:00 PM. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Opening of Bids

Bids will be opened immediately after the closing time in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend on 15 October 2025 at 02:15 PM.
