Kepler is looking for qualified and eligible firms to bid for renovation works of 16 classrooms at Kepler Kigali Campus located in Kigali City, Gasabo District, Kinyinya Sector, Murama Cell, Rusenyi Village, as detailed in the tender documents available upon request by interested bidders. Please kindly send your request for tender documents to: procurement@kepler.org.

Site visits are available by appointment, Monday to Friday, from the publication date until June 10, 2024, between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM local time. A maximum of two (2) representatives from each bidder are permitted to attend the site visit. The site visit is mandatory.

Well-bound and sealed bids, presented in two (2) hard copies, with one copy marked as “Original” and another as "Copy", must be submitted to the Kepler Reception Office located in Kinyinya Sector on KG 29 Ave No. 16 no later than Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at 3:00 PM local time.

The opening of the bids will be held on the same day at 3:30 PM local time in the Kepler Campus Boardroom, in the presence of bidders who choose to attend the opening session.

Kepler reserves the right to cancel this tender at any time before a contract is signed without incurring any liability to bidders.
