INSTRUCTIONS TO CONSULTANT.

UAP Insurance Rwanda, hereby solicits your quotation for supplying of office stationery as described in the scope of work schedule.

Kindly read the instructions carefully in order to provide a responsive quote.

OVERVIEW

UAP Insurance Rwanda Limited is incorporated in Rwanda under certificate no. 102628166 and licensed by National Bank of Rwanda with a trading license no. 1026228166 to write General Insurance.

UAP Insurance Rwanda is an owned subsidiary of UAP Holdings Limited, UAP Insurance Rwanda Group, a pan-African Financial Services Group with interests in Insurance, Investment Management, Property Investments and Developments, Financial Advisory, and Securities Brokerage. The focus for our insurance business includes general insurance (property and casualty), health insurance and life insurance, and savings. UAP Insurance Rwandan offers General and Health Insurance products to the Rwandan Market.

INTENT AND PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The primary goal of this RFQ is for the prospective firm to offer competitive price quotation and demonstrate ability to deliver stationery Materials to UAP Insurance Rwanda.

TIME OBJECTIVES: TENDER NOTICE

TITLE: TENDER DOCUMENT PROVISION OF SUPPLYING OF OFFICE STATIONERY

UAP INSURANCE RWANDA LTD hereinafter called ‘’Client”. The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.

The UAP INSURANCE RWANDA LTD invites eligible bidder to submit bids for the Rebranding as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.
Bid documents in English may be obtained here on Job in Rwanda Portal.
The tender document may be obtained from Job in Rwanda (jobinrwanda.com) free of charge. For submission of their bids, all interested bidder must pay a non-refundable fee of Five Thousand Rwandan francs (5,000Rwf) to the Account No: 00040-00620632-38 Opened in KB and 4401384857 Opened in KCB.

Submission Procedure

For submission of the bids, all interested bidder should be clearly marked with tender number: 0003/G/RFQ/2021/2021/UAPIR/AN/ih, and description documents should be submitted to UAP Insurance Rwanda head office (Grand Pension Plaza 7th Floor On the reception desk ) in Sealed Envelops not later than 1st November 2021 10h 00 AM Late bids will not be accepted and the bids will be opened on the same day at 10:15 local Time, the opening minute for the tender will be shared on the same day.
All interested bidders should quote for all lots
The bids shall remain valid for a period of 90 days starting from the submission deadline mentioned in the email. Any request for clarification must be sent in writing to Group Procurement email: ProcurementRW@uap-group.com.

Note: that the UAPIR may, at its discretion, extend this deadline for the submission of quotations by amending the tender documents, in which case all rights and obligations of the bidders previously subject to the deadline
