The mission of Sustainable Harvest Rwanda is to increase social and economic opportunity for smallholder commodity farmers and their families. Sustainable Harvest Rwanda Ltd provides training to produce roasted and brewed coffee at the highest level of quality and builds capacity by operating a Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) Certified Training Center.

 Scope

Sustainable Harvest Rwanda Ltd is looking for potential companies to prepare its transfer pricing policy.

 Requirements

Interested qualified companies must submit the following documents to the address recruitment@sustainablegrowers.org, before getting additional information regarding this Request for Quotation.

1. Copy of certificate of incorporation from RDB
2. Valid Rwanda Revenue [RRA] tax clearance certificate 
3. Valid Rwanda Social Security [RSSB] clearance certificate 
4. Must have an experience of similar services, at least (3) notarized references required
5. A confirmation that the bidder has Electronic Billing Machine [EBM]

The company shall be chosen through a Quality and Cost based selection method in accordance with  Sustainable Harvest Rwanda Ltd procedures.

All interested bidders may obtain further information and clarification from the Procurement office of Sustainable Harvest Rwanda Ltd on Email: recruitment@sustainablegrowers.org

Well-printed bids, properly bound, sealed in envelopes and presented in (3) copies one of which is the original must reach the procurement office of Sustainable Harvest Rwanda Ltd not later than 2nd Sept 2022 at 5pm  (local time). Late bids will be automatically rejected.
