JVK International Movers are one of the reputed professional Relocation company which has presence in Asia, Pacific & Africa regions, basically we are the Relocation/Moving service providing company, we pack and move personal household goods from one place to other (locally, domestic and International) – this is purely a service providing company. We are now looking for expansion in few other African countries. Thus planning to have a few local staff appointing there in Kigali, Rwanda to take care of our business as our employee.

JOB DETAILS:
We are also looking for a Real Estate consultant who has a better understanding and knowledge in real estate. We have expat clients arriving in Uganda for whom we would have to arrange a rental apartment.
Job descriptions for both positions are as below:
A) Real Estate consultant:
1) Having good communication skill in the English language.
2) Should have worked for some local Real Estate agents and have experience of at least 3-4 years.
3) Having local city knowledge and know good places where most of the expats stay.
4) Should have good local contact to know the places in cities where the rental apartments are available.
5) Visit client for meetings to understand there requirements and be smart enough to find out the suitable rental apartment and client require.
6) Take clients for a suitable home search visit in required place/city, should have a smart sales skill to convince clients to book the deal.
