MUKAMIRA Dairy Ltd is a milk processing plant located in Mukamira Sector Nyabihu District, Western Province. The Plant has started operating since 2017. Its operations include processing and selling pasteurized milk, Gouda cheese, yogurt, UHT-Whole milk, UHT Flavored milk (Vanilla, Strawberry, and Chocolate), Ikivuguto, Drinking water and UHT Drinking Yogurt (Vanilla, Strawberry, and Chocolate).
MUKAMIRA Dairy Ltd hereby invites eligible companies/Individuals to submit their bids/proposals for distributorship of Mukamira products in different zones clearly indicated below.

The successful bidder (s) shall have full exclusivity of distributorship in their zone (s). Below are the zones and the clear demarcations indicated in the bidding document available in soft copy from Inyange Industries Procurement Department located at Masaka Head Office located at Inyange Industries head quarter.

The competition is equally open to all interested and eligible bidders, locally registered as companies/Individuals on equal conditions. The successful bidders will be given one year contract subjected to performance review for progress and improvement determining conditions for contract extension and/or modification.

Any other clarifications regarding the above-mentioned tender may be addressed by writing through the same above email not later than 7 days before the fixed deadline for the submission of required documents.

Well printed bids/proposals properly sealed in one original copy in hard copy must reach at the address mentioned above not later than Friday, 17th June 2022 at 10:00 am at Inyange Industries Ltd offices located at Masaka Road. Late bids will be rejected.
The maximum number of zones that one can apply for is one and failure to comply will lead to disqualification.
Opening of the bids will take place the same day date as above at 10:30 pm local time at Inyange Board room.
The bidding process will be conducted in accordance with the Company procurement policy.
