Call For Expression Of Interest
INYANGE Industries Ltd is a leading food processing company in Rwanda, manufacturing a variety of products under their brand name – “Inyange”. The “Inyange” brand has been in use since 1997.
INYANGE Industries Ltd in partnership with Rwanda Agriculture and Development Board (RAB) through RDDP Project intends to promote milk distribution into different Districts by supporting up to 50% of milk coolers and successful candidate balance of 50%.
It is in that regards INYANGE Industries Ltd call for expression of interest for milk zones agent Ltd milk zones agent in in Rusizi (01), Nyamasheke (01), Nyagatare (01), Kayonza (01), Kirehe (01), Kicukiro (03), Nyarugenge (02) and Gasabo (02) Districts.
INYANGE Industries Ltd is pleased to invite all qualified bidders to express their interest for Inyange Milk zones Agents in the above listed Districts.

The expression of interest is addressed to the any experienced company or individual businessman interested willing to promote Inyange milk and fulfil Inyange Industries requirements as indicated in the tender document.
This call for expression of interest is composed with one divisible lot and interest candidate can apply for one milk zone or all milk zones depending on the location (refer to the request of expression of interest).
The Request for expression of interest that includes all requirements may be obtained on any working day from Friday, 06th May 2022 at Inyange Industries Procurement Department located at Masaka Head Office, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Thousand Rwandan Francs only (5,000 RWF) to the account N° 00040-00049853-28 in the name of Inyange Industries Ltd opened at Bank of Kigali.

Submission Procedure
Any other clarifications regarding this tender may be addressed by writing through E-mail: inyangeprocurement@inyangeindustries.com, Tel: +250788679540/+250788731120 not later than 7 days before the fixed deadline for the submission of required documents.
Well printed proposals properly sealed and presented in one original copy must reach at the address mentioned above not later than Friday, 20th May 2022 at 10:00 am at Inyange Industries Ltd offices located at Masaka Road. Only hard copy is accepted, and late bids will be rejected.
The opening of expression of interest will be done in presence of candidate that intends to participate in this tender by Inyange Industries team on Friday, 20th May 2022 at 10:30 am in their Board room.
The validity of the offers shall be 90 days from the date of opening of bids. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender title.
