The Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Rwanda (ICPAR) hereby invites the hereinafter all interested consultants to provide the following consulting services: “Recruitment of a consulting company for the provision of event management services”

”More details on the services are provided in the attached Terms of Reference. The present Request for Proposals has been addressed all interested firms.

A consultant will be selected under and in compliance with the following selection method: Quality and Cost Based Selection(QCBS) and procedures described hereinafter in the present Request For Proposals.
