TITLE OF THE TENDER: REFURBISHMENT WORKS FOR BRD BUILDINGS-PHASE 4

The Development Bank of Rwanda is in process of executing the refurbishment works - Phase 4 of its buildings with the aim of harmonization and beautification.

In this regard, the Development Bank of Rwanda wishes to invite all interested and qualified bidders to submit their best proposals for the works stated above according to the Terms of References detailed in the tender document. The participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field and registered in the Rwanda Development Board (RDB). Joint venture is not allowed in this tender.

The tender documents in English may be obtained from BRD, Procurement office from 04/10/2023 during office hours (8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Local time) upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Twenty Thousand Rwandan Francs (20,000 Frw) deposited on the account N° 593412700910118 of BRD opened in BPR BANK.

Mandatory site visit is planned on 10/10/2023 at 9:30 am

Well bound, sealed and properly printed bids written in English in 3 copies, one (1) of which is the original marked "Original", two (2) copies marked "Copy". These should be submitted to BRD Headquarters not later than 18/10/2023 at 10:00 am local time.

The bids shall be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who wish to attend the opening session in the BRD meeting room.

Please note that the bids will be put in an envelope bearing the name, the address of the prospective bidder and title which will be marked as follows:

"REFURBISHMENT WORKS FOR BRD BUILDINGS-PHASE 4.

DO NOT OPEN EXCEPT IN PUBLIC SESSION ON 18/10/2023.
