TENDER TITLE: TENDER TO RENOVATE THE EXISTING SELLING/COLLECTION POINTS/CENTERS IN GAKENKE, RULINDO, AND GICUMBI DISTRICTS

CLIENT: DUHAMIC-ADRI

DUHAMIC-ADRI hereby invites interested construction companies to compete for the works of renovating existing selling/collection points/centers in Gakenke, Rulindo and Gicumbi districts by KUNGAHARA Project. Participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all national companies or enterprises specialized in the field with a valid trading license.

The mandatory site visit is planned on 7^th May 2025, starting from 10:00 AM at all sites (Gakenke, Gicumbi, and Rulindo). The participants in the visit meet at Kirenge Center (Rulindo District on the road Kigali-Musanze) for the departure. The participants in the visit will be responsible for the transport costs incurred in the visit.

Only the companies that participated in the visit will be allowed to submit their offers.

Well-prepared bids must be submitted in hard copy, in two versions (original and copy), on 12^th May 2025 at 11:00 AM, at the DUHAMIC-ADRI Head Office located in Kigali, Kicukiro District, Niboye Sector. The opening of the bids will take place at 11:15 AM.

DUHAMIC-ADRI is very strict on time, late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Note: Before contracting, DUHAMIC-ADRI will request a performance guarantee from the successful bidder.
