Request Expression of interest for the Provision of Services and Goods to Women for Women Rwanda ( WfW-Rwanda)

Women for Women Rwanda (WfW-Rwanda) is a newly established affiliate of Women for Women International (WfWI) which has been working in Rwanda since 1997 and has served over 78,000 women with our transformative programs. WfW-Rwanda has the mission of supporting women and girls to break the vicious circle of poverty and social exclusion by enabling them to become socially and economically capable to lead themselves and their community to a better health, education, and social conditions.

Women for Women Rwanda is inviting companies registered in Rwanda to submit their expression of interest for the provision of the following goods and services for 12months.

The following services and goods are to be provided to women for women office in Kigali

• Vehicle and motorcycles maintenance and repair

The above services and goods will be subject to 12 months agreement for the selected bidders. Companies interested to supply the above services should send their expression of interest in sealed envelopes stating the following: “EXPRESSION OF INTEREST TO SUPPLY ……(one or more of those proposed services)TO WfW-Rwanda.

Interested companies must attach the following required documents

• Name of company, phone number, physical and email addresses, name of owner or authorized Representative
• RDB Registration Certificate
• VAT Registration Certificate
• Valid tax clearance certificate
• Valid RSSB clearance certificate
• CIT 2023 and proof of EBM use
• Company profile
• References from former or current clients for the past 2 years.

Expression of interest must be submitted at WfW-Rwanda tender box at its office located at the address indicated above with all above documents, marked: “EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE PROVISION OF (State services to provide) for Women for Women Rwanda office ” KG 624AV, No 15 Kimihurura .

Pre-selected bidders will be visited for the next step.

2. Any incomplete offer will be subject to immediate rejection.
3. Offers must be submitted to WfW- Rwanda no later than July 16that 17h00 in WfW-Rwanda tender box at its office located at the address indicated above,
