Mara Phones Rwanda invites registered companies to express their interest in supplying goods, equipment and consultancy services.
Below are services to be offered:
1. Suppliers of General Goods & Equipments:
2. Suppliers of office and Factory consumables (kitchen materials, coffee break, sanitary equipment and other related materials, etc.);
3. Suppliers of staff Food.
4. Suppliers of IT equipment, computers & accessories (e.g., Desktops, photocopiers, laptops, printers, computer cables, discs, toners, UPSs, scanners, etc.)
5. Suppliers of office stationeries;
6. Suppliers of Isopropyl alcohol, Factory shoe covers, detergents and other disinfectants;
7. Providers of IT equipment and repair services (Office computers, Scanners, Printers, Factory Cameras and audio-visual equipment. etc.);
8. Providers of Service Maintenance and Repairs of generators, air conditioners, fire extinguishers, etc.

MARA PHONES RWANDA will, in a fair and transparent manner, whenever required, draw from the list of companies that would be registered and invite for quotations/bids on competitive basis, for the supply of specified goods & equipment and/or associated services and consultancy services.
MARA PHONES RWANDA by this notice, invites established companies with good track record, which will supply goods & equipment and provide associated services any of the specified areas above by submitting the Expressions of Interest (EOI), with the following documentation:
• Company name, address, phone number, email address;
• Description of services associated with goods & equipment and services that are provided or offered;
• Certificate of registration;
• Details of similar contracts or services offered to other companies as reference in the last three (3) years as relevant experience and track record, including names of clients/companies, contract size and the contracts confirmation details, i.e., addresses of clients and telephone numbers;
• Tax clearance certificate;
• RSSB clearance certificate
• Certificate of VAT registration

One (1) hard copy of the Expression of Interest (EOI) with related documents addressed to the Procurement of Mara Phones Rwanda Ltd should be submitted in a sealed envelope to MARA PHONES RWANDA offices based in Masoro, Prime Economic Zone, Masaka Sector, Kicukiro District P.O. Box 7249 Kigali, with the inscription, "Mention of the service to offer" at the left-hand side of the envelope, by 23rd December 2022 at 4:00pm.
