Gasabo 3D wishes to hire a transport company that will provide the vehicles and car wash services and a framework contract of 2 years renewable will be signed with the successful service providers

Important Information
• The ITC will carry out appraisal at every quarter to track the performance of the garage
• The spare parts used should be genuine.
• The distance to cover should be less 7 km from Gasabo 3D
• You should follow the format provided in the table above.
• Bidders are allowed to quote on 1 Lot or all Lots.
• The prices should be fixed for the period of one year unless for the case of force majeure.

Administrative Requirements On All Lots
• Copy of company Registration Certificate
• Valid RRA Tax Clearance
• 3 Copies of Completion Certificates of your previous customers on similar items

Submission Of Bids
• The quotations should be submitted in plain sealed envelopes at Gasabo 3d Reception no later than 21th April 2023 at 10AM.
• After deadline no bids will be received.
