SUBJECT : REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR PROVISION OF SUPERVISORY SERVICES 

TITLE OF EOI : SUPERVISORY SERVICES OF THE CONSTRUCTION WORK OF COMMERCIAL BUILDING 

I. CLIENT BACKGROUND

EGLISE PRESBYTERIENNE AU RWANDA is a non-profit organization which started its operations in Rwanda in 1907 with the mission of proclaiming the Word of God and the salvation offered by God through His son Jesus Christ. Its mission also consists of showing that God’s love through concrete actions of human and social development.

II. SCOPE OF WORKS

Supervisory Services of the Construction of Commercial Building in the Plot 1/03/03/03/61 located in Kigali City, Kicukiro District, Gikondo Sector, Kinunga Cell, Ruganwa I Village.

EGLISE PRESBYTERIENNE AU RWANDA now invites national eligible companies to indicate their interest for providing these services. Interested bidders must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services.  The shortlisting criteria will focus on: 

1. The Company Profile
2. Proof of registration with RDB (Rwanda Development Board) related to this tender.
3. The Company must be registered within RDB at least 5 years,
4. Description of similar assignments of the proven contract for at least one project with a value above 3 billion. At least three (3)   completion certificates must be provided.
5. A valid tax clearance of RRA
6. A valid tax clearance of RSSB
7. Valid Good Standing Certificate
8. Having worked on Church projects within 5 years would be an added advantage 

EPR is under no obligation to shortlist any bidder who expresses interest. 

Interested bidders are requested to submit their Expression of Interest electronically through secretariat@epr.rw. 

The deadline for submission is not later than 14^th November 2023 at 05h 00PM. Late EOI will not be accepted.
