REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL ON CONSULTANCY SERVICE FOR THE SUPERVISION WORK TO RENOVATE TWO UPCOUNTRY BRANCHES

Access Bank Rwanda Plc invites experienced firm to send their proposal on consultancy service for the supervision work to renovate its two branches in upcountry.

1. Interested bidders may inspect Musanze Branch between 09am and 1pm from 16th October 2023 to 17th October 2023. And for Rusizi branch between 09am and 4pm from the 18th October 2023

2. Those intending to visit branches are required to contact Head Enterprise Business Service on Tel: 0788456399

3. The Request for Proposal (RFP) shall be obtained in the Procurement office located in 6th floor or to be sent via firm's email upon confirmation of receipt of the purchase of the tender document.

4. The non-refund fee to be paid is Frw20,000 Vat inclusive, to be deposited to the bank's account no: GL 228530005

5. The deadline for submission of the sealed envelope is on 25th October 2023 at 12pm. offers received after the deadline will be rejected.

6. The public opening will be the same day at 1pm on the 6th floor.

7. The successful bidder shall be notified within a period of 10 working days thereafter. 8. The bank reserves the right not to publish the outcome of the bids.

The sealed envelopes must be dropped in the tender box, located at the reception on the 3rd floor of Head Office, clearly marked, "REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL ON CONSULTANCY SERVICE FOR SUPERVISON WORK TO RENOVATE TWO BRANCHES REF: ABR/EBS/2023/024747
