With funding from Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida), Practical Action is implementing a four-year (2022-2026) Renewable Energy for Refugees Project, phase II (RE4R II), in close partnership with United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and Ministry of Emergency Management (MINEMA). The project will provide access to affordable and sustainable sources of renewable energy, and improve the lives of refugees in five camps Nyabiheke, Mahama, Kigeme, Mugombwa and Kiziba and their host communities.
Practical Action hereby invites interested companies to submit their proposal to implement the RE4R II intervention I named “Renewable Electricity Services for Households and Small Enterprise ” in above mentioned refugee camps and their host communities.
Interested applicants can download the tender documents with detailed information from http//www.practicalaction.org . All duly completed documents must indicate in the subject line ‘’ RE4R II Intervention I ‘’, be sent to email address: RE4Rtender@practicalaction.or.ke , and submit hard copies at Practical Action Rwanda office, to the following location address:
