Title: Supply of 2 Motorcycles to the Women for Women Rwanda

Background

WfW-Rwanda is a national organization dedicated to supporting women and girls in Rwanda to break the vicious circle of poverty and social exclusion by enabling them to become socially and economically capable to lead themselves and their community to better health, education, and social conditions.

Women for Women Rwanda invites all qualified vendors to bid for supply of 2 motorcycles.

Instruction:

Should your offer be successful, Women for Women Rwanda may issue a purchase order with specified goods to be supplied. Any order arising from this Request for Quotations will be subject to WfW-Rwanda’s Conditions of Purchase. Please submit your quotations at WfW-Rwanda office tender box located at Kimihurura-Rugando KG 624, Av.15 not later than 25^th October 2024 before 4:00 pm, and remember to include VAT in your price, indicated delivery date, and TIN.

Additional instructions:

• Indicate, in separate columns, the price without VAT and the price with VAT.
• Indicate in separate column the price of plate number registration and insurance
• The Contractor shall deliver the purchased goods to Women for Women Rwanda Office at Kimihurura.

Payment mode: 100% upon complete delivery and acceptance inspection of the products by the competent

Criteria of selection:

• Compliance with administrative requirements
• Compliance with the technical specifications
• Price competitiveness
• Warranty and after-sales service
• Delivery time at Women for Women Office at Kimihurura.

Requirements:

• Copy of trading license
• Copy of valid tax clearance certificate
• Copy of certified RSSB certificate
• Technical specifications of the proposed brand
• A certificate of origin of the Motorcycles and the manufacturer’s authorization with warranty.

Additional conditions:

• Motorcycles and accessories must be brand new, and therefore any item that shows any kind of defect, inherent either to production or piracy will be rejected.
• The Motorcycles must be accompanied by their catalogs.
• The offer that complies with all the specifications and requirements and offers the lowest price, as well as all other evaluation criteria indicated, shall be selected. Any offer that does not meet the requirements shall be rejected.

After the quotation has been submitted and at any time during the validity of the quotation, no price variation shall be accepted whether it is due to escalation, inflation, fluctuation in exchange rates, or any other market factors.
