Urwego Finance CBC hereby invites interested professional companies to submit their financial proposals for the supply of the following money counting machines:

Instructions to Bidders:

1. Submission Deadline: All quotations must be submitted to the Urwego Finance Head Office (3rd Floor, Umuyenzi Plaza) no later than 09 July 2025, at 11:00 AM.

2. Required Documents:

   • Valid RRA Tax Clearance Certificate

   • Valid RDB Registration Certificate indicating authorization to supply IT equipment

3. Payment Terms:

   • Payment will be made after delivery and acceptance of the goods by the IT team.

   • Delivery must be to Urwego Finance Head Office and only after issuance of a purchase order.

4. Installation and Maintenance:

   • The selected supplier must provide installation and testing support (if needed).

   • The machines should come with free maintenance support for a maximum period of 3 months.

5. Evaluation Criteria:

   • All received and acknowledged bids will be opened and evaluated by the Urwego Finance Tender Committee.

   • The Committee will select the most suitable and qualified company and notify all bidders of the final outcome.
