Willows International Rwanda would like to purchase printing services of more than three thousand books (3,000) with each book having an estimation of 64pages per book in various kinds as below.

NOTES FOR BIDDERS: 

  1. Payment will be done after service and through Bank transfers.
  2. Acceptable Invoices are those generated from the Electronic Billing Machines (EBM).
  3. Supplier will make the delivery to WIR offices in Kicukiro.
  4. Bids will be evaluated based on prices and delivery period.
  5. Submission of at least 3 recommendations of a satisfactory printing service.
