Chance for Childhood (CfC), based in Kigali office, would like to request you to submit a Pro-forma of transport service as mentioned in the subject above.

We (CfC) are looking for good quality service of transporting the employees and goods where CfC operates; Kigali, Musanze, Huye and Bugesera. We also need to have, in details, the different prices of different kind of vehicles (Jeep,Coaster,Fuso and cabs).

Coverage/itinerary

1. Kigali; CfC has its head office located in Kigali, Gasabo district. From that location there will be transport needed for several activities in Kigali, and from head office to sub-offices such as Musanze, Huye and Bugesera districts.
2. Musanze District; CfC has a sub-office in Musanze. CfC will need transport service for its employees and/or goods to be transported from Kigali to Musanze and vice-versa.
3. Huye District; CfC has a sub-office in Huye where it operates in all sectors of Huye district. CfC will need transport for its employees, stakeholders, and goods from one sector to another based on work plan.
4. Bugesera District; CfC has a sub-office in Bugesera where it operates in all sectors of Bugesera district. CfC will need transport for its employees, stakeholders, and goods from one sector to another based on work plan.

Period of service

This transport service is for one (1) year with possibilities of extension based on quality service provided.

CfC would like to encourage you to provide a good offer with reasonable price quote for this service, including different vehicles with different prices (Jeep,Fuso,Coaster,cabs).

CfC reserves the right to the refusal of Pro-Forma that is above the expected price based on different reasons including but not limited to not matching with CfC’s financial rules and regulations and will notice the service provider/Vendor of the decision taken by the tender committee within 24 hours following the review of the Pro-forma content and offer. 

Note: The prices should be all taxes inclusive as you will be expected to provide an EBM receipt.

Submission of Pro-forma and Deadline

Interested service providers are requested to submit the Pro-forma to apply@chanceforchildhood.org no later than 25/07/2023.
