Request for proposals for the supply of 1075 units of re-usable brasss-V calibrated obstetric drapes for SRMNH program

Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI), on behalf of the Ministry of Health of Rwanda, is looking for interested and qualified vendors to submit their proposals for the supply of re-usable brasss-V calibrated obstetric drapes for SRMNH program.

For technical specifications for the re-usable brasss-V calibrated obstetric drapes and more details on the bidding process; please refer to the attachment.

Interested local and international bidders are required to submit their proposals in a single email addressed to rwandaprocurement@clintonhealthaccess.org not later than Friday,21^st June 2024 at 03:00PM CAT with “supply of 1075 units of re-usable brasss-V calibrated obstetric drapes for SRMNH program” as the email subject.

NOTE:

• Successful vendors will be asked to submit one (1) sample of non-reimbursable re-usable brasss-V calibrated obstetric drape for quality check before final decisions are taken.
• Any questions/concerns/clarifications related to this tender should be addressed to CHAI Rwanda procurement Office through rwandaprocurement@clintonhealthaccess.org not later than 7 days before the deadline for submission. Any questions/clarifications received after the deadline will not be considered.
• It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your bids will reach the address mentioned above on or before the deadline. Bids not in compliance with the stated instructions will be automatically rejected

Vendors will first be evaluated based on the requirements outlined in the attached technical specifications. Vendors who do not fulfil all the requirements will be disqualified. Only shortlisted vendors will be contacted.

CHAI reserves the right to verify the information provided by applicants for informed decision-making. CHAI also reserves the right to accept or reject any application based on the evaluation criteria.
