Request for quotation for supplying construction materials tender at FXB Rwanda

FXB Rwanda is Rwandan Local Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), whose mission to address the root causes of poverty as a means of securing children’s rights to survive, grow and develop and strives to be a catalyst for long-lasting positive change in low-and moderate-income among vulnerable families affected/infected by HIV/AIDS by supporting them to improve their social, economic and environmental conditions. 

FXB Rwanda would like to invite interested and qualified companies/ individuals to submit bid documents for the supply of the items listed below, which will be distributed to the FXBVillage The Light Foundation project participants in Gisagara and Nyaruguru Districts. 

The bidder shall submit the following documents:

1. Price schedule/quotations showing prices both inclusive and exclusive of VAT, or indicating any VAT exemptions.
2. Copy of the incorporate certificate;
3. Valid Tax clearance certificate from Rwanda Revenue Authority
4. At least three (3) performance letters showing the experience in the supply of the same or related items;
5. A comprehensive work plan outlining the delivery timeline

The bid documents in a sealed envelope, shall be submitted to FXB Rwanda coordination office located at Kamonyi District, Runda Sector, Ruyenzi cell, Rubumba Village, no later than Monday, Thursday 02nd October 2025 at 4:00 PM   

Note. 

• FXB has the right to cancel the tender in case the bidders’ prices are not consistent with market prices;
• Evaluation and selection method for those who will be allowed to pass to the evaluation and selection step is Quality- Price - Experience and Delivery based method.
• The requested items will be delivered at FXB Nyaruguru office Located in Ngoma sector
• Please make sure you include your email address as it will be used in giving feedback on your application. Suppliers with no email address will not receive any feedback.
