FXB Rwanda is Rwandan Local Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), whose mission to address the root causes of poverty as a means of securing children’s rights to survive, grow and develop and strives to be a catalyst for long-lasting positive change in low-and moderate-income among vulnerable families affected/infected by HIV/AIDS by supporting them to improve their social, economic and environmental conditions.

FXB Rwanda would like to invite interested and qualified service providers to submit their bid documents for the provision of medical insurance for FXB Rwanda staff for the period from October 2025 to September 2026. The terms of Reference are found in the tender document available at FXB Rwanda coordination Office located at Ruyenzi Cell, Runda District, Kamonyi District or electronically through procurement@fxbrwanda.orgupon presentation of the deposit slip of 10,000Frw (Non-refundable fees) for this tender to the account number 25001965004 opened in I&M Bank in the name of Francois Xavier Bagnoud.

The bid documents in a sealed envelope (technical and cost proposal in different envelops) shall be submitted to FXB Rwanda Coordination Office located at Kamonyi District, Runda Sector, Ruyenzi cell, Rubumba Village no later than Friday July 11, 2025 by 2:00 P.M. Electronic copy is not allowed.
