The Executive Management of Sorwathe Itd at the request of the Partner 'EWT' informs all interested and competent entrepreneurs that they have a tender for twenty-five (25 bushels) cows between 3 and 4 months, intended to be given to the farming members. In tea they are located in HOT Cooperative (MOUNTAIN TEA FARMERS).
The characteristics of these bags are technical
1. He has at least 50% modern hybrid blood. The blood must be Friesian or Jersey.
2. He is of good height and weighs at least 250-300 kg.
3. Being 2 years old.
4. The contractor who will win the bid must bring a certificate issued by RAB confirming that the cows are healthy, after the Buyer has seen them and agreed to buy them.
5. The cattle must be delivered to the BUYOGA sector, Rulindo District after agreeing on the date on which the cattle will be delivered.
6. The contractor must deliver within 2 weeks of receiving the tender.
Components of the Offer File:
• A letter from the bidder confirming that he is bidding on this tender, stating his prices including tax. placed in the management office of SORWATHE LTD
• Copy of Trade Register (trade license)
• A certificate showing that the competitor is in VAT and that he issues an EBM Invoice
Certificate showing that he has no outstanding debt to the Tax and Customs Agency (RRA).
• Certificate showing that he has no outstanding debts (RSSB).

At least 3 certifications proving that someone else has won this market and is doing it well (Attestation de bonne fin)
•
Specify the deadline for delivery of cattle.
Interested bidders are requested to have their files securely sealed in an envelope marked "Cattle Delivery Tender" on the back and placed in a box at the SORWATHE LTD Secretariat at KINIHIRA-RULINDO District or SORWATHE LTD office at KIGALI, SANLAM ALTIS APARTMENTS. You can also send it to the following e-mail: manikweerasinghe@gmail.com It is not allowed to send a copy to another e-mail.
Bids must be submitted by 10/11/2023 at 4:00 PM (4:00 PM).
