Retail Manager Position
Summary of Position:
The manager’s responsibilities include managing the Kigali and Nyungwe Forest locations of  the Go Kigali Boutique. You will be responsible for the day to day operations of both boutiques with the ultimate goals of achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals.
You will be expected to work part-time as a sales associate in the Kigali boutique working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products, and recommend the right solutions. To be successful as a sales associate, you should stay up-to-date with product features and maintain our store's visual appearance. You should also be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction.
Job Duties:
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Manage Inventory: this includes receiving merchandise, quality control, entering into
• inventory systems, tagging; as well as monthly inventory counts
• Manage internal sales reports
• Manage store supplies
• Coach, counsel, evaluate and discipline employees
• Out of store administrative duties such as banking, errands, etc.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining poise and upholding our
• customer service standards
• Extensive knowledge of all inventory and ability to relate it to customers
• Clear and constant communication
Job Requirements
• Fluent in English
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience
• Minimum of 1 years of retail or hospitality experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Outgoing personality
• Great communications skills
• Attention to detail
• Able to work independently
• Strong organization skills
• Skilled at following written and verbal instructions and making quality decisions to meet
• deadlines on tasks and projects
• Flexible schedule: availability to work evenings and weekends
