SANLAM VIE Plc. hereby invites the interested qualified bidders to submit their best offers for the tenders entitled: Lot 2: Roof replacement. Technical specifications are here below: No Lot 2: Roof replacement 1 Bricks (Block cement) with ration 350kg/m3 2 Rafters tubes 60*40mm (1.5 mm) 3 Purlins tubes 40*40mm (1.5 mm) 4 Tiles sheet BG28 (200 Sqm) 5 Metallic Gutters 40*40 6 Bitumen Primer of gutter 7 Bricks (Block cement) with ration 350kg/m3 .

The bidder is responsible for determining reasonable quantities to be used and bids shall be accompanied with the following documents: • For each, to present a proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Frw 10,000 payable on the account 00040-00047974-89 opened in Bank of Kigali in the name of SANLAM VIE Plc; • Detailed CVs of the key personnel to be used among which a Civil Engineer is mandatory; • Estimated completion period; • Site visit certificate; • Detailed price schedules for each lot; • Certificates of good completion of similar rendered services will be an added advantage

A bidder may opt for bidding for one or both lots. Note that prior to submission of your offer(s), the site survey is mandatory during working days from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM starting from the advertisement date.

Signed and stamped offers in sealed envelopes addressed to the Chief Executive Officer of SANLAM VIE Plc. should be submitted to the office of the CEO’s Assistant or via online submission to the email infovie@rw.sanlam.com not later than Friday 02nd October 2020 at 1:00 PM local time.
