Rwanda Assistant Country Manager
Reporting To
Country Manager & Human Resource Manager

Key Performance Indicators
Job Specification
Assistant Country Manager
1Assist the Country Manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract and retain clients
2Coordinate customer service operations
3 Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
4 Work with the CM and HRM in evaluating employee performance to identify hiring and training needs
6Analyze client behavior and adjust service positioning
7Handle complaints from clients
8 Research emerging trends in client service and the market and use the information to enhance service to the clients
9 Act as the CM in the CM's absence and from time to represent the CM when appointed to do so
10 Act as a Certification Officer and Country Human Resource Officer -supervising all in country service and enhancing employee productivity
11 Submit monthly reports to the Country Manager by 5th of the subsequent month
Do You Possess The Following
• A minimum of a Bachelors Degree in a Business Management or Administration or a related field from a reputable academic institution
• A minimum of 7 years pointed working experience in a similar or equivalent position in a busy East African Country and Rwanda in particular
• Valid membership to a professional Body

• Good knowledge of the Agriculture Sector in Rwanda
