RWANDA SUPPLIER PREQUALIFICATION NOTICE 2024-2026 

Church World Service (CWS) is a faith-based organization transforming communities around the globe through just and sustainable responses to hunger, poverty, displacement, and disaster. CWS operates through a Cooperative Agreement with the Department of State/Bureau of Population, Refugees and Migration. CWS is administered by the Church World Service Immigration Refugee Program (CWS/IRP) and is based in Nairobi, Kenya with Country Offices in Pretoria, South Africa, Kasulu, Tanzania, Kampala, Uganda and Kigali, Rwanda.

CWS Rwanda is inviting interested and eligible suppliers to submit applications for the pre- qualification of suppliers for supply of various goods, provision of services/works and consultancies  in the different categories for the years 2024 to 2026. More information about the categories is available on the Tendersure™ website. The supplier prequalification exercise will be conducted online via:

Tendersure™ platform is secure, transparent and provides an efficient prequalification process. Interested suppliers may access and register on https://www.tendersure.africa/available-jobs/ under the “Available Jobs” tab. The online prequalification exercise closes on 29th March 2024 at 10pm EAT.

All existing suppliers are required to participate alongside prospective suppliers to be evaluated and considered.

All participants who duly complete the prequalification process online will be notified of the outcome. 

Prequalification is not a guarantee for business opportunity, bidders will be invited to submit their quotations on need basis based on the opportunities available. CWS Rwanda reserves the right to accept or reject any bid in whole or in part at its discretion.
