Sales & Marketing Officer
Description

Overall Purpose:
The Sales & Marketing Officer will create effective brand strategies and advertising campaigns to raise awareness of the company’s services. The position will cover period (from 1st July 2018 to 30th September 2018).

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Ensure BWLMA’s brand visibility is maintained at the highest level.
  
• Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary.
  
• Answers questions from clients.
  
• Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly.
  
• Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market.
  
• Makes product appeal to the target market through behavior, appearance and dress code.
  
• Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines
  Grow business from the existing client base while maintaining existing business and relationships
  

Accountability
Reports to the Managing Director on regular basis.

Job requirements
Competencies (Skills and Attributes)

• Excellent communication skills both orally and written.
  
• Adept multi-tasker with ability to quickly prioritize and work well under pressure with frequent deadlines Computer literacy.
  
• Basic finance and accounting skills.
  
• Fluency in spoken and written Kinyarwanda and English is required
  Skill in French language is a plus.
  

Experience

• Excellent selling skills with experience (2 years).
  

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration or Senior Six with 5 years of Experience in Sales& Marketing
