The purchase and delivery of school supplies are:

All bidders are required to submit the following bidding documents:

1. Letter of request for supply to the pastor of the EAR RUKIRA Parish
2. The proforma shows the prices
3. The fact that he has a campaign to address
4. Having an account in a bank with technology
5. Having a TIN number from RRA and VAT
6. The fact that he has a document showing that he has no debt to RRA and RSSB for less than 3 months
7. He has cachet and provides EBM invoices
8. He made 3 local decisions and got the job done right
9. Accepting payment via OP
10. Having a business register issued by the RDB of Business shows that the entrepreneur is already doing this work as a tender.
11. A photocopy of the company's identity card or a copy of the legal identity card.
12. Coming to visit samples of bags at the project and leaving a record and signing in the book because you will not be allowed to bid without visiting the samples at the project Rw0658 EAR Rukira and the one who will visit the samples must be the owner of the company that makes the document negotiating his bid.

Note : 1. The contractor is allowed to bid for one of these items (Bags, school supplies) or bid for all of them.

Then the winner will be notified when the contract will be executed.
