Ngali Mining Limited (NML) is a Private Limited Company registered in November 2015 under the Rwandan law, fully owned by NGALI Holdings and the latter being a public-owned enterprise. NML was created for investment purpose and improving the Mining service delivery basing on best practices internationally accepted. NML is currently undertaking mineral mining activities (underground tunnel and open pit) that requires to apply different machines and equipment for excavation, ore transportation and processing.

DOCUMENTS COMPRISING THE BID

1. Letter of commitment stamped and signed
2. A notified copy of valid trading license
3. The proposal will be well printed bids written in English, properly bound, Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders who choose to attend at 10h30 am on the same date.
4. The bids will remain valid for 30 days starting from the deadline for their submission.
5. Bids will be prepared in one package of technical and financial. Technical offer will include all administrative documents requested.

Interested bidders should submit the bid offers to the procurement office of Ngali Mining at BODIFA MERCY HOUSE KIMIHURURA RUGANDO at 7^th floor. Deadline for submitting bids will be on 3/5/2023 at 10am. Opening of the envelopes will be the same day at 10h30 am in the Boardroom for Ngali Mining Ltd.

1-Develop the Brand personality

Including the following:

1. Developing of customer personas
2. Quick research on competitor benchmarking
3. Recommendations based on analysis.

2-Develop the concept & design of new Brand Identity logo.

Inclusive of the following:

1. Upto 5 creative proposals for the master brand.
2. Upto 5 modifications/corrections on selected proposal.
3. Final version to be submitted in jpeg, vector and editable formats 

3- Brand the implementation of selected logo on various touchpoints (designs only, excluding production).

Including of adaption new branding on the following:

1. Signage’s.
2. Roll-up banners.
3. Social Media Branding.
4. Posters templates
5. Post templates for social media
6. Shopping bags
7. Possible give-aways
8. Compliment cards / business cards.
9. Invoice.
10. Email signature 

4-Develop Packaging designs for the new brand.

This part will involve the following

1. Design development of possible packaging for other jewelry sets based on new branding.
2. Identifying possible suppliers for the production of the unique boxes.

5-Jewellery Products Photoshoot (up to 200 items) with professional lights, that will be used for social media and web site.

1. Inclusive of set up for product photoshoot only and ideally in one location.
2. Excludes photo session with models 

 6- Setting up of social media pages

Including of setting up of Twitter, FB & Insta pages with all required details such as brief info, contact details and product description.

1. Creation of a couple of post.
2. The quotation excludes monthly social media maintenance, which will be required after launch to build up audience on the platforms. 

 7-Develop of new e-commerce website (in English & French)

Inclusive of the following:

1. Advanced level dynamic
2. Development of Site map based on requirements.
3. Fully responsive website, i.e. that fits most screens
4. Up to 4 homepage sliders with customized graphics
5. SEO friendly
6. Web contact forms with email auto response.
7. Check out system with integration of payment gateway
8. Order management system in Backend Control Panel
9. Stock Management
10. Upto 200 referenced products
11. Photo editing and size optimization based Products photos taken
12. Training on how to update/remove products 

8-Create copywriting for the website and brochures.

Inclusive of the following:

1. Developing of first draft in English, based on keywords related to the jewelry sector.
2. A brief story about Ngali Prestige. (new name of production)
3. A brief about possible CSR involved.
4. Translation of final approved version in French.

9-Develop of semi luxury mini brochure (including printing)

a. Maximum 8 pages that could be given to clients on every purchase

b. Excludes production.
