Letter of Invitation (LOI)/Request for proposals N^o 07/2023 

The National Union of Disability organizations in Rwanda -NUDOR (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) has received funds from BMZ-CBM towards the cost of preparation of the Study on affordable access to water for persons with disability for kitchen gardening The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Request for Proposals is issued.

More details on the services are provided in the Terms of Reference that can be obtained from NUDOR procurement office, Kicukiro – Niboye sector, Road KK21 Ave building 36; 2 km from Simba Supermarket Kicukiro, after presentation of payment slip of Rwf 10,000 Account BK: 000410048747733/NUDOR, and the Deadline to receive proposals is on June 29^th , 2023 at 12 Pm

The Consultant will be selected under a “Quality cost based selection QCBS” and procedures described in the terms of reference, in accordance with NUDOR Procurement procedures.
