SANLAM VIE Plc. hereby invites the interested qualified bidders to submit their best offers for the tender entitled “BRANDED NOTEBOOKS” with the following technical specifications:

• Size: A5
• Cover: Hard paper in straw cardboard (carton-paille) with 1,200 gsm branded in Sanlam corporate colors, and matt laminated
• Inside: 80 pages printed on offset paper 80 gsm in Sanlam corporate colors and 2 papers presenting an advert of Sanlam Vie Plc. printed on glossy paper (papier couché) 150 gsm.
• Binding: White or black Metallic spiral.
• Quantity: 1,200 pieces

The following requirements shall be fulfilled by interested and eligible bidders:

• A proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Frw 25,000 payable on the account 00040-00047974-89 opened in Bank of Kigali in the name of SANLAM VIE Plc.
• At least 3 certificates of good completion of similar rendered services;
• Estimated delivery period;
• Detailed price schedules (unit cost and total cost) inclusive of all taxes;
• Discount (if proposed);
• Samples (at least 3 options) responding to technical specifications above.

Note that technical and financial offers shall be submitted separately and each enveloped should bear the following mentions: “TECHNICAL OFFER” and “FINANCIAL OFFER” respectively.

Furthermore, the evaluation of this tender will be hinged upon “Quality-Cost Based Method”

Signed and stamped offers in sealed envelopes addressed to the Chief Executive Officer of SANLAM VIE Plc. shall be submitted to the office of the CEO’s Assistant not later than Tuesday 6^th December 2022 at 10:00 AM local time to the address below:
