Tender Documents in English may be obtained at RRP+ office from 21/03/2023 Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM after presentation of a payment slip of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (Rwf 10,000) deposited on the Account No 00040-06956755-51 / BK of RRP+/ RBF-NSP-HIV.

3. Well printed bids accompanied by samples and properly bound and presented in two copies (original and its copy) must reach the RRP+ at the address mentioned above not later than 25/04/2023 at 10:00 am. Late and poorly prepared bids will be rejected and the bids sent electronically will not be accepted.
4. Bids will be opened in public session in the Conference room of RRP+ the same day on 25/04/2023 at 10:30.
5. The outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name, tender number, Bidder Company Name. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Laws Governing Public Procurement in Rwanda. BIDDERS CAN BID FOR ONE OR MORE LOTS AS LONG AS HE IS ELIGIBLE. The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline above mentioned.
