Supply of Medical Consumable and reagents under framework agreements

KIBAGABAGA

1. The Kibagabaga Hospital (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) on its own budget towards the cost of supplying Supply of Medical Consumable and reagents under  framework agreements .  The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the framework agreement for which this Bidding Document is issued.
2. The Kibagabaga hospital invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the supply Supply of Medical Consumable and reagents under  framework agreements  as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.
3. Tender document may be obtained from E-Procurement system for Rwanda ( www.umucyo.gov.rw ).
4. Tender fee is Ten thousand (10,000Frw)) and must be deposit in any bank account of Rwanda Revenue Authority in any bank.
5. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bank security .
6. Bidding will be conducted through national Open competitive method and is open to all bidders as defined in the Bidding Document. Bidders may obtain further information from e-procurement system website by logging on umucyo.gov.rw.
7. All bids will be submitted through E-Procurement System not later than the date and time indicated in the e-procurement system. Bids will be opened automatically by the system.
8. Enquiries regarding this tender may be submitted using the e-procurement system.
