Tender document in English may be obtained from FAWE Rwanda Head Office located at Remera in REB premises from 13th March from 2pm to 6th April 2023 upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan Francs (Rwf 10,000) deposited into FAWE Rwanda account N⁰ 20014904001 opened in I&M Bank.
1. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of estimated budget in local currency (Rwandan francs).
2. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in two copies one of which is the original in sealed envelope must be submitted at FAWE Rwanda head office located at Remera in REB premises, not later than 10th April 2023 at 10:00 am in room number 2 for original documents and room number 4 for copy documents. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
3. Bids will be opened the same day (10th April 2023 in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at FAWE Rwanda Head office located at Remera in REB premises in room 144 at 10:30 am.

4. The outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and the title.
5. The Bid shall comprise the following:
• A copy of trading license
• 3 References of similar tenders executed
• Tax clearance from RRA
• VAT Registration Certificate
• Other required documents are highlighted in the tender document
