Title: Supply and Delivery of Rapid Tests Used for Laboratory Network

Background

Rwanda Medical Supply Ltd (RMS) is the central institution mandated to procure, store, and distribute medical commodities in Rwanda. In line with its strategic objective to strengthen the national laboratory network, RMS is seeking to establish a framework agreement with qualified manufacturers and distributors for the supply and delivery of rapid diagnostic tests.

Objective

This Expression of Interest aims to identify eligible and capable manufacturers or authorized distributors who can reliably provide high-quality rapid diagnostic tests. The selected suppliers will be invited to participate in the restricted tender for the Supply and Delivery of Rapid Tests Used for Laboratory Network for the aim of having a framework agreement of 2 years renewable twice.

Scope of Supply

The scope includes, but is not limited to, the supply of the following categories of rapid tests:

• Blood Grouping Kits (ABO & RH) 
• TPHA, HAV, HBe, Rubella, Toxoplasma, HBc, CMV, Chlamydia, RF, Helicobacter 
• Hemoglobin and Hematocrit analyzers and test strips

Eligibility Criteria

Interested bidders must submit:

• A signed and stamped letter of expression of interest.
• Certificate of incorporation or registration certificate
• ISO/GMP certifications 
• Manufacturer details and country of origin.
• Evidence of registration and authorization to export/import.
