TENDER TITLE: Supply and Refilling of fire extinguishers

Supply and Refilling of fire extinguishers

Specifications.

• 50Kgs powder
• 25Kgs powder
• 9Kgs powder
• 6Kgs powder
• 25Kg Co2
• 10Kg CO2
• 5Kg CO2
• 6Kgs for chemical
• 3Kgs for chemical

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• The prices will be fixed for the period of 6 Months unless for the case of force Majeure.
• Should submit two envelops sealed, one indicating prices for supply of fire extinguishers and another one for refilling.  
• The ITC will carry out appraisal at every quarter to track the performance of each contracted supplier/Service provider.
• Quantities will be based on purchase orders.
• Delivery period, payment terms shall be discussed upon contract signature.
• Local companies are requested to quote DDP (Delivery duty Paid) to ISCO Hq.
• Your requested to indicate the quoted brand.
• Regarding refilling supplier shall execute duties at ISCO Premises.
• Additional materials like pipes, pin etc shall be quoted on side based on the observation from technician.

The interested bidders should submit their financial proposals together with the following documents.

• Registration certificate (RDB Certificate)
• Company profile
• Valid RRA Tax clearance and Corporate Income Tax (CIT)
• Copy of 3 completion certificates from similar work/goods from your previous customers

The sealed envelope should be submitted at ISCO reception located at Gikondo-Ruganwa1 not later than 20^th September 2024 at 10:00AM

The bids will be opened on same date at 10:30Am and opening will only look at the administrative requirement.

After deadline no bids will be allowed.
