JOB DETAILS:
TERMS AND REFERNCE FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF STATIONARY TO NGALI HOLDINGS.
1. BACKGROUND
Ngali holdings requires the service for the supply and delivery of various stationary. Ngali holdings is located at kimihurura Bodifa house on 7th floor.

2. SCOPE OF WORK
The supplier requested to supply and deliver stationary.

3. DELIVERY
The supplier requested to supply and deliver stationary in accordance with the purchase order.
The supplier is required to deliver quality products and incase of complaint, he/she is required to exchange better products with quality.
Deliveries should be done in a span 1 to 7 days based on the type of Items.
Delivery notes should be provided upon delivery.
It is expected for the supplier to submit to indicate the warranty and guarantee of delivered stock and make exchanges in case of faulty items.
The supplier will report to procurement officer concerning purchase orders and logistics officer concerning delivery and more.

4. OUTCOMES/EXPECTATIONS.
Ensure delivery of stationary upon request, agreed time and costs.
Ensure availability to respond to any questions and concerns.
In case of price fluctuations, the supplier should inform the customer before accepting the order.

5. COMPANY EXPERIENCE.
The company must have at least 3 years’ experience with certificates to prove it.
The company must have supplied at least 3 companies with efficiency while providing quality products.

6. PAYMENT TERMS.
The supplier will be paid in a span of 15 days as per purchase order and after delivery and providing invoice.
