The Ministry of Defence (MoD) invites qualified bidders to submit bids for the tender indicated here below:

2.Bidding Documents may be obtained from Procurement Office in the building of MOD/RDF HQS, Kimihurura, Kigali City; Tel: 0788 326 124; E-mail: goodsprocurement@minadef.gov.rw upon presentation of proof of payment of a non- refundable fee of Ten thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000 RWF) for each tender paid on RRA Account Number in any commercial bank operating in Rwanda.

3.Well printed bids properly bound must be submitted in 03 copies of which, one of them should be an original and 02 copies conforming to the original. Bids in sealed envelopes must be addressed and submitted to the Ministry of Defence's Procurement office before 10:00 Hrs local time on...August 2023. Late bids shall be rejected and returned unopened.

4.The opening of bids will take place on the same date of submission of bids in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend from 10:30 Hrs local time in the conference room of the MoD's Procurement office.

5. Any information regarding the aforementioned tenders may be obtained by any interested bidder through a letter addressed to the MoD Procurement Office at the address mentioned above not later than 07 days before the deadline of bids submission.

6. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law No N°031/2022 of 21/11/2022 Governing Public Procurement.
